From these locations we deliver services within a one hour radius. We accept referrals for existing schemes and for individuals needing support without accommodation’s
Our Partnerships
Working in partnership with care and case managers we regularly create accommodation options and whole support teams around an individual. Our co-production techniques and commitment involve the recruitment and design of services in partnership with individuals we support. We also use advanced assistive technology and care / case management recording and care planning systems from Possum and everylife technology to OneTouchcare for scheduling.
